Q: How does this service work?
A: You get your stock to us and authorise us to fulfil your orders. MerchMe takes care of sending your orders and storing your stock.

Q: Does this service only work with Bandcamp? What if I sell through Shopify or [X] website?
A: That’s cool! We can fulfil orders from the website of your choosing, Bandcamp just happens to be the website du jour for most of the artists we work with. Please get in touch via our contact page.

Q: Does this service cost?
A: Yes. We charge a fee for each parcel we send + the exact shipping costs. Which is invoiced to you at the end of the month.

Q: I’m going on tour for X months, could MerchMe look after my orders while I’m gone?
A: Yes! We are happy to look after your stock short-term or long-term.

Q: How long does it take for MerchMe to send out orders?
A: Usually we get them out within 2-3 working days.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs depend on where your packages are going, but you can set your costs at whatever you like for your orders – MerchMe invoices you the exact shipping costs of each of your orders at the end of each month. We are happy to provide you with up to date estimates on these costs to help inform your setting preferences.
